SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM

At Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Southwest, we realize that a serious illness of a child can have a significant emotional and financial impact on the entire family.

Our scholarship program embraces our mission of offering support to ill or injured children and their families. We offer scholarships to applicants who have had a serious childhood sickness or are a sibling in an illness-affected family.

Requirements:

  1. Must be a graduating high school senior in our 68 county service area.
  2. Applicant either had/has a serious childhood illness/injury or a sibling who had/has a serious childhood illness/injury.
  3. (For Dina Jefferies Scholarship only) Been actively involved in local/regional leadership program(s).

Only one application per graduating senior will be accepted. Applicants can only win one scholarship: either the Janice Flemmons Scholarship OR the Dina Jeffries Leadership Scholarship. However, applicants may be considered for both scholarships with this application.
